We are NOT a HOA. We are a community that loves our Neighborhood and we all donate our time to keep it clean, running, and functional for all to enjoy.
Our neighborhood continues to grow and thrive thanks to residents paying annual dues and the pool memberships. We have one of the largest pool communities in Greenville County and we love that so many of you join it to keep it going.
The PCC Board appreciates what a great neighborhood we live in and we’re thankful for all of you that support Poinsettia throughout the year.
